Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst, you will deliver transformation projects within the Transformation Management sub-department, working independently in at least one functional area. You will apply expertise in project management, process mapping, and solution design, support the implementation of Business Transformation’s methodologies and tools, and drive process improvements and IT solutions for one end-to-end process.
As part of the Supporting Functions team, you will contribute to driving projects that improve HR, financial, and internal control processes. You will help Improve efficiency and ascertain compliance in for enabling functions & processes.
Your Role at Intersnack
1. Execute project tasks independently, including process mapping, data analysis, and solution design, under minimal supervision
2. Support the implementation of Business Transformation’s methodologies and tools in collaboration with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners
3. Contribute to the development of project plans, functional specifications, and change management activities
4. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing and training projects to build team capabilities
5. Adhere to Business Transformation’s standards for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Education:
University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience:
Some professional experience and familiarity with project management, business analysis, or consulting
Skills:
6. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and project requirements
8. Collaborative and client-focused mindset
9. Experience with project documentation and reporting tools
10. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

11. Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
