Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting & Finance Associate to support our organization in making impactful business decisions. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Support the development of financial analyses and recommendations to inform business decisions.
* Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive business growth.
* Collaborate with the finance team to implement financial processes and controls.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in analytical finance or controlling roles. Fluency in Dutch and English is also essential.
