Business Administrator (Eschborn Office)
The role of the Medtrum Germany Business Administrator
* Your external contacts: Patients, Healthcare Professionals, Home Care Providers and Insurance Companies
* Your internal contacts: Training and sales team and other office staffs
Duties and responsibilities:
* Handle complaints and provide technical support for inquiries related to Medtrum medical devices
* Enter and process orders, inquiries, and complaints
* Process quotes and invoices within the healthcare sector
* Coordinate patient training activities
* Maintain and update master data
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and in writing
* Submit cost estimates to health insurance companies and customers
* Assist with general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks
Your profile:
* Completed commercial training, preferably in Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
* Proactive, responsible, independent, and customer-oriented
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage)
* Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Reside in the Rhein-Main region (Eschborn area)
