As a Systems Development Coordinator, you will support our business applications and users across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting users with questions, conducting trainings, and coordinating support activities. Provide user support by answering system-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding colleagues through best practices
Support system configuration, documentation, and maintenance tasks as needed
First experience in user support, project management, or a similar role
Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus
Fluent in English; German is a plus
