We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Anwendungsbetreuer (Application Support Specialist) to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to our users of the SimCorp Dimension platform.
Responsibilities:
* Administration: Technical and functional support of the SimCorp Dimension platform, including parameterization
* Weiterentwicklung: Analysis, conception and implementation of further developments in SimCorp Dimension in close collaboration with the specialist departments (especially portfolio management, risk management, settlement and accounting)
Schnittstellenfunktion: Support in integrating new modules and interfaces to adjacent systemsFehlermanagement: Error analysis and correction in ongoing operationUpgrade- und Releasemanagement: Performance of upgrades and releases, including tests and documentationKoaching: Training and support of users as well as creation of process descriptions
Requirements:
* Ausbildung: Completed studies in computer science, business administration or comparable qualification
Berufserfahrung: Several years of experience in supporting SimCorp Dimension - ideally knowledge of modules from the front-, middle- and back-office like Asset Manager, Compliance ManagerFachkenntnisse: Knowledge about relational databases (Oracle)Finanz-Know-how: Good understanding of financial instruments and processes as well as experience in asset management or banking/insurance environmentKompetenzen: Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence and high team skillsWeiche Fähigkeiten: High level of communication skills and service mentalityArbeitsweise: Structured and independent way of working
