As your primary KPI, schedule quality demos for our sales team. CRM Maintenance: Follow-Up: Execute strategic multi-channel follow-ups to keep leads engaged. Refine our outreach approach by optimizing prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance data. Native or fluent proficiency in German and English. Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments. Proven ability to prospect and book qualified demos through outbound sales activities.
