Together with a global team, the Digital Workplace Team ensures the operation of the client systems, office environment, the tools and applications in the ODDO BHF Group and the responsibility of the vulnerability management.
We currently manage more than devices (Windows) and more than devices (Android).
We are looking for an IT technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong background in operating system and be capable to assess and address security vulnerabilities in our Information system.
Main responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with security teams to implement security solution.
2. Educate users on best practices for IT security.
3. Monitor new threats and adapt strategies accordingly
4. Resolve vulnerabilities in our IT systems.
5. Manage security incidents.
6. Reports on security improvement
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for all security related matters (Incident, improvement, CMDB, etc.)

8. Strong knowledge of deployment tools like Microsoft Endpoint Management
9. Strong knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, batch, etc.)
10. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows)
11. Proficiency with IT security tools (EDR, vulnerability scanner, etc.)
12. Ability to analyze and propose appropriate solutions.
13. Good communication sills and ability to work in a team.
14. Continuous technological watch to stay informed about new threats.
15. Completed training or degree in the IT field, commercial training with appropriate further experience in the IT environment
16. Previous experience in IT level 3 support.
17. In-depth knowledge of IT client and application operations, Windows clients and MS Office
18. Experience in troubleshooting IT problems with focus on the client and application area.
19. Experience with enterprise networks and technologies (proxy, firewall, network, etc.)
20. Technical understanding of IT interrelationships in an enterprise environment
21. ITIL as well as ITSM tool knowledge
22. Good knowledge of German and English or French and English
23. Friendly and service-oriented team player
24. High service and customer orientation
