Your responsibilities:
5. Strategic Oversight: Drive a unified strategy for the IT Platform, aligning projects, fostering collaboration and ensuring operational synergy
6. Budget & Cost Control: Lead rigorous cost management, budgeting, and financial planning
7. Project Coordination: Ensure seamless integration and governance across multiple projects
8. Contract & Vendor Management: Ensuring cost-efficient collaboration with external providers
9. Responsible for the delivery of one or more IT Services related to
--> the new Vorwerk Assist AI landscape (based on MS Azure)
--> Automation (symphony AI)
--> Github / DevOps
10. Coordination of all activities to manage the daily business relationships with various service providers and internal stakeholders
11. Quality Assurance & Performance: Monitor key performance metrics and enforce service level agreements
12. Regular participation in the Service Management Chapter
You offer us:
13. Bachelor's degree or completed training as an IT specialist or similar with relevant professional experience and further education or comparable qualification
14. Foundedyears of experience in the area of Service Management preferably in the field of Cloud & IT Platform technologies and in various projects or within service delivery organizations
15. Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
16. Sound knowledge and experience in managing processes according to ITIL
17. Experience in managing external service providers
18. Ability to communicate openly and clearly with stakeholders on all levels
19. Fluent in English (business level)
20. Strong team player and cooperative, experienced in lateral leadership
21. Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation
