The role encompasses performing physical and psychological assessments, formulating therapeutic care plans, delivering one-on-one treatment, and instructing patients about in-home therapy programs. Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to understand their physical condition, health history, and goals. Developing personalized physiotherapy treatment plans that align with patients' needs and objectives. Preparing and performing a range of physiotherapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and advice. Keeping accurate patient records to monitor progress, adjust treatments if necessary, and provide a detailed patient history. Communicating effectively with patients to manage expectations and explain diagnoses and treatments. Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. Licensed to practice physiotherapy. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the latest physiotherapy techniques and technologies. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle a complex caseload. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to treatment. Flexibility to work in different settings and with a variety of patient age groups.
