Lead and manage a cross-functional team of professionals, providing strategic guidance, performance coaching, and career development support to drive team engagement and operational excellence.
Collaborate with global headquarters to align country strategies with overall corporate goals, providing regular market insights, performance reports, and recommendations for strategy refinement.
Own the German country growth targets, including budget allocation across local initiatives and performance tracking.
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in launching new initiatives, scaling projects, or founding/co-founding a business at some point in their career.
Experience at leading management consulting firms combined with subsequent roles in marketing, fashion, or startup environments.
Experience at tech companies with a focus on marketing, user growth, or community management.
Ability to translate global goals into actionable local strategies and anticipate market trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and local teams.
Identify market gaps, test new initiatives, and scale successful pilots in collaboration with global teams, using data and market insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.
