Your Mission Take ownership of Microsoft 365 services, including Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, ensuring smooth and secure operations. Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, tech-driven solutions. Continuously develop and enhance our SharePoint Online environment – from site architecture to UX/UI design. Integrate external services and APIs (e.g., REST APIs) to connect tools and systems intelligently. Automate business workflows using PowerShell and develop low-code solutions via the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Provide 2nd-level support in alignment with ITIL practices – including detailed documentation and knowledge sharing. Your Talents Apprenticeship in computer science or engineering with 3 years of practical experience. A strong interest in modern Microsoft technologies and digital collaboration. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, MS SQL and MS IIS, but also Azure, EntraID and M365 administration, Miro and Zoom In-depth experience in all Microsoft 365 services PowerShell scripting and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Graph API, Graph PowerShell SDK, PnP PowerShell You have in-depth experience in development with SharePoint Online and knowledge of Exchange Online and Teams Phone. You have very good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks while demonstrating a strong service-oriented mindset.
