Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals in 6 teams across Germany, overseeing direct reports from experienced (senior) team leads. Conduct periodic business reviews with the leadership team and the wider sales organization to assess performance and strategy alignment.

* Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure field sales operations contribute to long-term success while fostering strong partnerships within the organization.
Requirements
Background of achieving ambitious goals in global matrix driven sales organizations, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
Fluent in German and English.
