Responsibilities
1. Full-stack development and maintenance across desktop, backend, data, and API layers
2. Development of applications and services in Delphi and C#
3. Design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integrations (ERP, CRM, PLM systems)
4. Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions and estimates
5. Refactor and improve existing modules and address technical debt
6. Work in an Agile Scrum team
7. Develop unit tests and perform white-box testing
8. Maintain technical documentation
9. Provide 3rd-level support for production issues
10. Contribute to technology modernization and system improvements

11. Strong Legacy Delphi Skills (Delphi 10 Magento)
12. SQL Server Experience
13. Experience Implementing and Consuming APIs
14. Object Oriented Programming Experience
15. JSON and XML Experience
16. Using Packages and Libraries
17. Scrum Experience
