What You'll Do
* Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
* Coordinate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) to ensure smooth campaign delivery
* Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare basic analysis reports
* Maintain marketing materials library and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
* Support market research activities and competitor analysis
* Help optimize marketing workflows and operational efficiency
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
About You
* Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026 (any major, marketing/business-related preferred)
* Proficiency in English and German is a must
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Basic understanding of marketing principles (coursework or internships are beneficial)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is a bonus
* Proactive attitude, quick learner, and able to work under pressure
