Governance and compliance : Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and governance requirements; support audits and board-related processes. Financial operations and day-to-day banking : Manage banking activities, payments, and cashflow; ensure accurate transaction handling and liquidity oversight. Stakeholder coordination and communication : Act as liaison between management, fund leadership, legal, and finance teams; provide clear updates on risks, opportunities, and performance. Entity and structure management : Oversee setup, liquidation, and management of entities; maintain accurate company records and governance documentation. Transaction and event support : Assist in operational aspects of investments, exits, reorganisations, and other corporate events. Technology and systems oversight : Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operational tools, data systems, and reporting dashboards. People and outsourced service coordination : Coordinate external providers (legal, tax, payroll, audit); ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Project and change management : Drive special projects, process transformation, and integration initiatives across entities. Profile Proven experience in operations, finance, or legal environments, ideally within a portfolio or fund-related context. Strong understanding of process management, governance structures, and financial operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with high attention to detail. Fluency in English and German both verbally and in writing. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
