Your Role
As a Content Moderator, you will review and monitor social media content, enforce policies, and handle sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Review content within agreed Service Levels and quality standards
* Monitor user behavior and escalate issues as needed
* Apply client guidelines consistently across diverse content
* Maintain high standards of quality and confidentiality
Qualifications
* Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) verbal and written
* College degree or equivalent diploma
* Experience in content moderation or e-commerce preferred
* Available for 24/7 rotating shifts
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising
