Microsoft 365, automation and AI (e.g. Copilot) are integral parts of our everyday work – with a strong focus on enablement, change and user experience.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">As a <strong>Modern Workplace Engagement Manager</strong>, you are the bridge between IT and the business departments.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">You ensure that new technologies are not only introduced, but also<strong> understood, adopted and used sustainably. </strong>You work closely with engineering, security and business teams and manage adoption, communication and enablement around the Modern Workplace.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><strong>Change, Adoption &amp; Enablement:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Development and implementation of adoption and change concepts for Microsoft-365, automation and AI solutions (e.g. Copilot)</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Planning and execution of awareness campaigns, trainings, workshops and roadshows</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Building and maintaining collections of use cases, best practices and success stories</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Close collaboration with multipliers, champions and key users</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><strong>User focus &amp; User Experience:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Support in designing a consistent and understandable user experience in the Modern Workplace</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Translation of complex IT and security topics into clear, target-group-oriented communication</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Central interface between IT, business departments, management and external partners</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Support for leaders in introducing new ways of working</span></li>

<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Recording, structuring and prioritizing requirements from the business departments</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Supporting Modern-Workplace projects from a change, communication and adoption perspective</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Close coordination with engineering teams (e.g. Modern Workplace Engineers) for user-centered implementation</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><strong>Must-haves:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Experience in change management, adoption, enablement or internal communication in an IT/digital environment</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Very good understanding of Microsoft-365 collaboration and productivity tools</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Strong communication and facilitation skills</span></li>
<li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">Very good German and fluent English skills</span></li>
