Purpose and Responsibilities:
Purpose of the position:
Grow the BiFi brand in Germany by co-developing and executing the brand marketing plan, including innovation development and market implementation. Lead consumer-led initiatives to increase brand relevance and penetration, while supporting sales initiatives. The position reports to the Head of the BiFi brand EMEA.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement brand strategy and positioning, evaluating effectiveness
2. Set up marketing plans to achieve brand and commercial goals
3. Develop, implement, and analyze annual brand and communication strategies (ATL & BTL campaigns, media)
4. Manage NPD launches, working cross-functionally with R&D and operations to ensure timely delivery
5. Collaborate with Category management, Shopper, and Sales teams for consumer-centric propositions and communications
6. Participate in the cross-functional Country Business Team (CBT) and Marketing & Sales Team to meet commercial targets
7. Support Shopper Marketing & Sales teams with market, brand, and product insights
8. Analyze market and consumer data to recommend future brand growth strategies
9. Manage marketing budgets within guidelines
10. Benchmark against competitors and market best practices
Your Profile:
Education:
University Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
Experience:
* 8-10 years of FMCG marketing experience, focusing on brand management, including communications, portfolio management, and innovation launches
* Project management and cross-functional teamwork
* Proven experience in ATL and BTL communication, including digital and social campaigns and media planning
* Track record of launching NPD from ideation to market execution, primarily through retail channels
* Market knowledge of the FMCG environment in Germany
* Experience in Sales or Category Management is a plus
* Strong planning and prioritization skills
* Ability to apply business insights and identify drivers for action
* Project management skills, managing complexity effectively
* Strategic thinker, strong executor, and creative problem solver
* Action-oriented with clear and concise communication skills
* Highly self-motivated, resilient, and agile
* Fluent in German and English
* Profound working experience in the German market
