What you’ll do As Director of Accounting Operations, you will lead and continuously develop the operational finance function across all German entities. You ensure efficient, compliant and scalable end-to-end accounting processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and General Ledger. Lead, mentor and develop the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger teams (approx. 20 FTE) through their respective Team Leads Own the timely and high-quality monthly close process across all operational accounting areas in Germany (12 Legal Entities) Ensure efficient and compliant execution of O2C, P2P and GL processes across all German entities Ensure efficient and compliant execution of O2C, P2P and GL processes across all German entities Ensure strong internal controls and operational compliance within the finance function Serve as key interface between Finance Operations, Group Accounting and other internal stakeholders What you’ll bring University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 8-10 years of relevant experience in operational accounting, including leadership responsibility Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (O2C, P2P, GL) Experience in multi-entity environments Solid ERP expertise, ideally Workday Finance Strong leadership mindset combined with operational hands-on capability Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style Fluent in German and English A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we’re proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we’re always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included.
