Job Description You take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across Engineering, Product Management, and Design You develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified talent You work closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and identify the best candidates for us You proactively source new talent on platforms such as LinkedIn and build and maintain a talent pool. You conduct structured interviews and lead debrief meetings to assess candidates’ technical/functional fit and cultural add You continuously stay up to date on new concepts, ideas, and products in the market related to recruiting, talent sourcing, and direct search
