Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, transactions, and security in German.
* Provide guidance on products and services, helping customers navigate banking platforms effectively.
* Assist with issue resolution, including troubleshooting technical problems and resolving billing or account discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
* Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
* A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to handle complex inquiries efficiently and provide timely solutions.
* Experience using CRM software and other customer support tools.
* Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; relocation expenses will be fully covered.
