Head of Legal & Compliance
to build and lead our legal and compliance function across Europe.
Your Responsibilities Take full ownership of
legal and compliance strategy
across Europe Build and implement
compliance frameworks, policies, and governance structures Ensure compliance with
European regulations, including logistics and e-commerce-related requirements Act as a
key advisor to senior management
on legal risks and regulatory developments Manage
cross-border legal matters
between Europe and China Oversee
contracts, commercial agreements, and dispute resolution Lead and develop the
legal & compliance team
in Europe Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, HR, commercial)
Your Profile Fully qualified lawyer or equivalent legal background Proven experience in a
senior legal / compliance leadership role Strong knowledge of
European regulatory frameworks
(ideally logistics, transport, or e-commerce) Experience working in
international environments, ideally with China exposure Solid understanding of
e-commerce business models and regulatory implications Fluency in
English, German and Chinese
is required Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in a
fast-paced, scaling environment
