Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Support the full Talent Acquisition process, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation
2. Assist with sourcing activities and market research to identify potential candidates
3. Maintain and update data in our HR tools
4. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across the region
5. Contribute to People Service Delivery tasks such as employee data management onboarding and creation of documents within the employee when needed
6. Support ad-hoc HR projects within the People Service Delivery West team
Your Profile / Qualifications
7. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
8. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People Service
9. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Fluent in English (must), Dutch language skills are a significant plus
