Overview We are looking to appoint a CQV Manager for Germany. The role will cover all aspects of CQV delivery in Germany. This is a Management role, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities Direct report to the Operation Manager with active role on new hiring Coordination ongoing CQV projects to ensure availability of resources to execute the scope of work, reviewing the progress with assigned CQV Lead identifying risks to mitigate in advance Collaborate with other PM Group offices to promote trainings for internal resources on the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and standards Prepare technical proposal to support the Sales department on new proposals Support and promote the company safety program Leads, develops and motivates direct reports defining targets and review performances Promotes technical developments of all CQV resources developing programs and assigning high potential personnel to specific development trainings Qualifications Technical background: Motivated and result driven resource 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical projects CQV technical experience German and English fluent D&I Inclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
