<p><strong>Role :</strong> Senior Business Architect</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Germany / EU Region</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong> Pega platform, BPMN/UML and Business Analysis</p><p><strong>Language Requiremen</strong>t :German Speaking – C1/C2</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are at Coforge seeking a Senior Business Architect (German-speaking) to support Customer digital transformation initiatives on the Pega platform.</p><p>The role acts as a key interface between German business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality requirement definition, process design, and successful solution delivery aligned with customer business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct requirement gathering workshops with customer stakeholders (German language)</li><li>Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows</li><li>Define and validate business processes, workflows, and solution designs in Pega context</li><li>Act as a bridge between business (Germany) and delivery teams</li><li>Support Agile delivery:</li><li>Backlog grooming, sprint planning, story refinement</li><li>Define acceptance criteria and support UAT</li><li>Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution optimization</li><li>Ensure compliance with customer standards, GDPR, and data privacy guidelines</li><li>Maintain key artefacts: BRD/FRD, BPMN diagrams, traceability matrix</li><li>German Language: Minimum C1/C2 (strong verbal & written communication)</li><li>Business Analysis: 3+ years in requirement engineering and stakeholder management</li><li>Experience in at least one:</li><li>Pega Platform / BPM solutions</li><li>Travel / Railways/ Airline / Transportation domain</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>Business process modelling (BPMN/UML)</li><li>Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>End-to-end requirement lifecycle</li><li>Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA)</li><li>Experience working with German clients</li><li>Knowledge of railway/travel operations (booking, ticketing, CRM, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart</li><li>Excellent communication & stakeholder management (German + English)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset</li></ul><p><br></p>
