Key Account Manager Role

* As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a 24-36 month project pipeline, tracking stages, values, and conversion rates using CRM software.
* You will share project insights with the sales team and coordinate with manufacturers during the bidding phase.
* A key aspect of this role is building connections with architects, gathering information on early-stage commercial projects, and monitoring their development over 1.5-2 years.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, or a related field.
* Fluent English language skills.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales/business development in the architectural space, with a background in nurturing relationships at top architect firms.
* Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software.
* A strategic mindset for long-term account nurturing and meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
* Based in southern or western Germany, with travel up to 60% across the country.
