Lead Design Engineer Strip Lines (f/m/d)

As Lead Design Engineer you will assume responsibility for the design and module ownership of a major module in the area of strip lines (module owner). Your tasks include:
* Supervision and coordination of workshop, suppliers, design offices, construction site and customers
* Development of concepts/guidelines for commissioning
* Further development of the machines within your area of responsibility
* Supervision of the preparation of the detailed design
* Basic design/sizing and coordination; special designs where required
* Taking on project management of individual machine projects
You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. xwminpx Additionally, the following are important:
* Extensive professional experience in design, ideally with initial experience in strip lines
* Solid knowledge of the software and tools used
* Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a high level of commitment
* Good German and English language skills
* Willingness to travel worldwide for business
