Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of SAP HR expert.
As a global application owner, you will be responsible for orchestrating the interaction of our HR solutions, including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, conso, and payroll accounting, as well as integrations.
You will work closely with the HR process owners on the optimization and further development of HR IT applications to support and optimize HR business processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage strategic projects for the further development of our HRIS systems
* Ensure the operation of our HR IT applications by coordinating service providers and stakeholders
* Develop and maintain interfaces between various HR systems, such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Payroll, Aconso, and third-party systems like ClearSkye (IDM), SAP S4, Concur, etc.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or relevant professional experience
* Experience working with SuccessFactors, especially in the modules 'Employee Central', 'Performance & Goals', 'Compensation', 'Recruiting', 'Integrations', etc.
* A good understanding of HR processes, such as payroll accounting
* Project management experience and a proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects
* Business fluency in written and spoken English
* Strong communication and management skills, as well as the ability to understand customer and user requirements
