Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Veeva Network implementation to lead the business analysis activities for a global transformation program. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technical counterparts to define a scalable CMDM solution and ensure successful implementation.
What you will be doing:
* Lead business requirement gathering and process analysis workshops across global/regional affiliates.
* Define and own end-to-end functional requirements for Veeva Network implementation.
* Collaborate with Veeva and integration teams on data model design, hierarchies, affiliations, and data flow.
* Support governance model design for HCP/HCO data quality, ownership, and lifecycle management.
* Facilitate alignment between global data strategy and local market needs, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, transparency).
* Drive UAT planning and execution in coordination with business testers and IT teams.
* Provide strategic input on roadmap, change impact, and operational readiness.
Qualifications
* 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in life sciences or regulated environments.
* Proven experience implementing Veeva Network or similar CMDM platforms.
* Strong understanding of HCP/HCO data management, reference data integration, and data governance.
* Ability to influence stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and bridge business-technical gaps.
* Familiarity with GxP, consent management, transparency reporting, and local market data sources.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
* Experience working in Agile environments and distributed/global teams.
