What you'll do:
As the Solution Advisor (Senior) Specialist (f/m/d) with focus on Business Development, you will be the go-to person for any solution or go-to-market questions within the sales team and be crucial part of the Customer Advisory team. You will leverage your deep expertise in Financial Services Industry and SAP solutions to generate demand and support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer support. Additionally, you will assist customers in expanding their current SAP footprint to maximize value for their organization.
* Identify market opportunities and growth levers and develop tangible GTM action plans. Collaborate with your team of peers as well as with the virtual community of Sales, Customer Advisory, Marketing and Services to prioritize and scale for execution.
* Contribute to demand generation and pipeline build and manage the R4Q demand.
* Act as an influential speaker at industry-specific events and client meetings
* Provide deep solution- as well as FSI-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers.
* Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of SAP solutions.
* Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities.
* Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine-tune account strategy.
* Collaborate with the team in creating overall themes and competitive differentiation.
* Transition engagement to implementation Partner as well as Services teams effectively.
* Engage with customers to continue selling the vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal.
* Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content.
What you bring:
* Excellent communication, relationship building & presentation skills.
* Strong team player, driving results in a dynamic organization
* Disciplined, data-driven decision-making, strong analytical skills together with a high level of innovative thinking, change agility and integrity
* Professional experience with large software/IT organizations
* SAP product as well as Financial Services Industry expertise
* Proficient understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition
* Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and Software as a Service/Platform as a Service models in the Business-to-Business Environment
* Focus on creating compelling storylines and themes for customer interactions.
* Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they are at the center of recommended solutions
* Passion and energy in all customer interactions
* Full working proficiency in German and Business English
