Your Mission
* You process and take over the follow-up of service cases for the product field operation room (2nd level, service management)
* Reproduction of customer requests (simulation & use of knowledge database
* Technically leading maintenance of software related articles in the knowledge base
* Participation in development projects in the network and integration product field
* Interface between end customers, development, product management and sales
* Participate in the creation, coordination, and execution of the end zser, dealer, and colleague training
Your Talents
* Successfully completed vocational training in the IT/Network field, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, medical technician or comparable training or professional experience
* Preferably ecperience in healthcare IT (DICOM & HL7)
* High degree of customer orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills as well as high organizational skills
* Service oriented approach
* Professional handling of critical customer inquiries
* Secure IT understanding and interest in digital challenges
* Very good written and spoken German and English
* Interest in working in international teams
