In this role, you will support the efficient management and maintenance of contract data, contributing to high data quality in our systems.
You can look forward to
* Maintaining and managing contract data across various administrative IT systems
* Independently preparing and following up on contracts, including drafting and reviewing contract documents
* Updating and maintaining contract overviews and reports
* Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in the contract process
* Onboarding new team members to our system landscape (e.g., Re7 and Doxis)
* Handling written and telephone correspondence with contacts at our client companies
You come equipped with
* Completed commercial or accounting training, or a degree with a comparable focus
* Interest in administrative processes and a strong technical/IT affinity
* Spanish at native speaker or proficient level and English at business fluent level; conversational proficiency in either German or Portuguese is an advantage
* Results-oriented, structured working style with strong social skills and the ability to plan, coordinate and execute tasks reliably
