Ackerherz is the German expansion of the French scale‑up La Fourche. With over 150,000 members and 350 employees, La Fourche is the market leader in the online organic segment in France, founded over seven years ago and growing steadily with solid financing. Our success model has now been brought to Germany.
We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who confidently manages budget and performance and sets the right hooks, messages and trends for the German market with a strategic‑creative flair. You will work directly with our performance and creative team and co‑create content and community strategy together with our CRM and influencer teams.
Responsibilities
* Annual and monthly budget planning & allocation (Google, Meta, Influence, Refer‑a‑Friend program)
* Optimization of the channel mix while testing & scaling new channels
* Offer × Funnel × Creative: think holistically from target‑group insights to post‑purchase marketing
* Trend scouting (TikTok/Meta/YouTube) & briefings for the creative team/freelancers together with the French marketing team
* Hypothesis‑driven testing for messages, formats and creatives
* Set up a new brand strategy based on market insights, quantitative and qualitative consumer insights
* Lead and coach three team members: Influence Manager, CRM Manager, Organic Content & Community Manager
* Interdisciplinary collaboration with the French marketing team, especially on Google & Meta ads

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing (Google, Meta and/or other growth channels) in a startup/scale‑up environment, including budget management & leadership responsibility
* Data‑driven & structured mindset: implement A/B‑tests, work confidently with complex dashboards and Google Sheets; SQL comfort an advantage
* Experience launching new channels: test & learn mindset
* Strong knowledge of creative trends in the German market & ability to translate trends into actionable campaigns
* Creative & analytical: find hooks, brief strongly, evaluate UGC/video based on performance signals; hands‑on manager who occasionally shoots products, organizes photoshoots, and actively nurtures our online community
* German C1 and English C1 for collaboration with the French team
