What you´ll do
* Driving the rollout of the High Performing Teams (HPT) initiative: coordinating with external partners, identifying cultural blind spots, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring smooth administration (e.g., registration, reporting, progress tracking).
* Supporting cultural change projects and ensuring alignment across different HR and business initiatives.
* Collaborating closely with Henkel’s Internal Facilitator Network, ensuring its continued optimization and alignment with evolving organizational needs
* Driving the Change Management Upskilling agenda, including Manager Moments, curated e-learnings, and communication to strengthen the HCB change story
* Designing and implementing a communication plan to enhance visibility for HCB’s Cultural Transformation & People Change agenda, working hand-in-hand with Corporate Communications to craft impactful messages for diverse audiences (e.g., newsletters, digital channels, leadership formats)
* Further developing a Female Talent Acceleration Program for HCB in partnership with Henkel’s CoE DEI, while consolidating and evaluating Henkel’s global Talent Acceleration Programs with a strong focus on advancing female careers
* Creating insights and reports by analyzing pulse check results, HPT progress, and employee engagement data to measure cultural impact and support decision-making
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR, Culture, DEI, Change Management, or related areas
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and build trust at all levels of the organization
* Passion for cultural transformation and DEI, combined with analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
