Your Profile:
7. Native-level proficiency in English, with excellent intonation, pronunciation, and fluency
8. Formal teaching qualification(s) (e.g. TEFL, CELTA, university degree in education or linguistics)
9. Experience teaching Business English to adult learners (preferred)
10. Additional non-teaching professional experience (a plus)
11. Strong digital skills and confidence using tools like MS Teams, Google Drive, etc.
12. Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation
13. Friendly, communicative, and professional presence
Your Responsibilities:
14. Prepare and deliver tailored English training for professionals in a business context
15. Adapt lessons to learner goals and real-life workplace needs
16. Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback through reports and evaluations
17. Collaborate with Learnship’s academic team to ensure consistent training quality
