Your Profile:
* Native-level proficiency in English, with excellent intonation, pronunciation, and fluency
* Formal teaching qualification(s) (e.g. TEFL, CELTA, university degree in education or linguistics)
* Experience teaching Business English to adult learners (preferred)
* Additional non-teaching professional experience (a plus)
* Strong digital skills and confidence using tools like MS Teams, Google Drive, etc.
* Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation
* Friendly, communicative, and professional presence
Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare and deliver tailored English training for professionals in a business context
* Adapt lessons to learner goals and real-life workplace needs
* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback through reports and evaluations
* Collaborate with Learnship’s academic team to ensure consistent training quality
