Job Description
The target is to work as interface between manufacturing engineering and production team in order to provide assistance and technical solution through related work documentation.
1. Manage the technical workflows (SAP, TLB, QLB, RFA)
2. Analyse technical issues
3. Create work order for rework or according to Concession answer
4. Add technical content in work order (instruction sheet, tools, parts...)
5. Duplicate of quality non conformity for logistic activities
6. Provide valid documentation (DQN, Concession, Drawing, sketch...)
7. Translate technical documentation (SOI, MET, ...)
8. Find appropriate equivalence for parts and tools
9. Create and update (NC, TLB, QLB) workflow according to technical solution
10. Transfer work order to appropriate production team
11. Initiate manufacturing of specific parts
12. Update technical database
13. Prepare and participate in meeting
Qualifications
Training - experience
14. Completed technical training (at least a certified technician) or finished studies in Engineering, Aviation Engineering (at least a bachelor- degree)
15. At least 2 years of professional experience in Airbus environment
Related knowledge:
16. Knowledge of the aeronautical environment
17. General knowledge of aeronautical technology
18. Proficiency in English and German (min. B1 / B2) regarding aeronautical techniques
19. Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, Access etc.)
20. Knowledge of the following softwares:(SAP, Windchill, Google, Skywise, Zamiz, SSi, Trend etc.)
21. Knowledge of health and safety rules
22. Knowledge of the environmental ISO 14001 standard
23. Soft-Skills: Accurate, Team-player, structured
24. Flexible and willingness to work in shift (2-shift-system)
