Responsibilities As an Antitrust Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the organization's global antitrust compliance framework. Your main responsibilities include: Enhancing and continuously improving the company's antitrust compliance program, including standards, guidelines and training materials. Acting as a central point of contact for antitrust questions from stakeholders worldwide from commercial teams to senior leadership. Designing and delivering tailored antitrust training sessions for diverse groups across the organization. Conducting ongoing risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and driving the implementation of new compliance measures. Coordinating global compliance initiatives, including internal controls, monitoring tools and procedural adjustments. Working closely with legal, central functions and external experts to ensure practical, consistent and business‑oriented compliance advice. Requirements Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/diverse) with bar admission or a comparable qualification. 6 years of relevant experience in antitrust or compliance Background in an international corporate environment, law firm or professional services firm is beneficial.
