You'll be responsible for the management and development of the aftersales service team. You'll will define, implement, maintain standards, SOP's and general business standards.
The successful Service Operations Manager will need:
* A strong background with managing and developing field service teams
* Solid industry experience either from either the energy, oil & gas or industrial maintenance sectors
* Working with onsite/customer permit systems
* In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and industrial maintenance practices ideally in Europe (Germany) would be an advantage
