* Advising the Head of IT on IT security risks and mitigation strategies
* Developing and maintaining security governance, policies and compliance frameworks
* Performing risk and security assessments for systems, cloud and third parties
* Driving security-related transformation initiatives (e.g. cloud, zero trust, AI)
* Monitoring threats and vulnerabilities and coordinating mitigation actions
* Leading response to major security incidents including root-cause analysis
* Managing audits, penetration tests and remediation tracking
* Defining security requirements for projects, systems and suppliers
* Evaluating and selecting security technologies and service providers
* Training and advising internal stakeholders
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Business fluent English proficiency
* Strong expertise in cyber risk management, compliance and security governance
* Experience in threat and vulnerability management and incident response
* Solid knowledge of network, application and cloud security
* Hands-on experience with security monitoring, SIEM and penetration testing
* Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts
* Strong service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mindset
* Team player with strong communication skills
