Following our continued success and international growth plans, we’re looking for an AgileCoach who is at the early stages of their coaching career and eager to grow. We don’t expect youto be the “finished article” yet — we’re looking for curiosity, a coaching mindset, and the driveto develop into a more senior coaching role over time. As an Agile Coach, you'll work with ourproduct&tech teams. Moreover, you will have a chance to work with non-tech ’ll contribute to building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raisedwithout fear of blame. We've got a hybrid work model so you'll be based in Düsseldorf.
You will :
1. support Product & Tech teams in one of the areas by helping with facilitating andintroducing Agile practices.
2. work as an area coach building the leadership triangle between the product area lead, techarea lead and the agile coach.
3. support the OKR process across your area or value stream.
4. support teams and team leaders with consultation, facilitation, coaching, processoptimization.
You've got
5. Minimum 2 years experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
6. Expertise with a range of Agile frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g. Kanban, Scrum,OKR) and their application to a varied range of contexts.
7. Nice to have: XP, Design Thinking, LeSS, Nexus and other Agile methods and tools
8. Practical expertise with a range of tools as Jira (admin level), Confluence, Lucid• A servant leadership mindset and a natural willingness to empower teams and individualsto reach the next level.
9. You’re confident in problem-solving and dealing with a fast changing environment
10. You drive initiatives (projects), process improvements, make decisions and takeownership of your work.
11. Team spirit with a high level of independence – a hands on approach is very important tous
12. .Very good communication skills and the ability to know how to address differentaudiences.
13. Experience working in international environments and remote teams. English is ourbusiness language.
