Your responsibilities:
* Supporting the globally responsible Product Owner IT Security Operations in the strategic alignment, design and management of a central IAM solution as cornerstone of the Vorwerk security program
* Acting as a point of contact for advising Group IT and local IT teams as well as business stakeholders and central functions
* Designing and implementing processes for user and authorization management (internal and external employees), as well as privileged access management (PIM/PAM) for central infrastructures and platforms on-premises and in the cloud (e.g., Azure)
* Advising and Promoting awareness of IAM and knowledge transfer between teams, taking market trends into account (e.g., leading an IAM community of practice)
* Technically experienced in integration of legacy and modern cloud-based Identity Management Systems and supporting components in a hybrid infrastructure and heterogenous IT application landscape (especially Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SAP SuccessFactors)
* Ensures understanding and application of requirements in line with the guidelines and standards of the governance framework
* Acting as a point of contact for advising Group IT and local IT teams as well as business stakeholders and central functions such as CISO, Corporate Audit, and Corporate Data Protection
* Performing technical and non-technical compliance and risk assessments to support continuous improvement processes and quality assurance of IT systems and organizations
You offer us:
* Overarching practical knowledge of design and implementation of IT solutions, concepts and processes in Identity and Access Management (especially Microsoft, SAP, Open Source such as MidPoint)
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or comparable qualification
* Up to three years of professional experience in IT consulting with Identity and Access Management for companies and organizations of comparable size
* Experienced working in agile organizations and different topics simultaneously incl. stakeholder management based on sound communication skill
* Knowledge of project management and respective tools for managing projects
* English: Fluent business English, both spoken and written
