Job Description: Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications. MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its accounting staff supporting our European subsidiaries. The AP Accountant reports to Accounting Manager and will be based in Ettenheim, Germany. RESPONSIBILITIES: AP / AR processing for SW and other EU entities Data Entry – Processing of invoices Reconciliation of purchase invoices with purchase orders Resolve payment issues and answer payment questions from company vendors Account reconciliation and help with month-end processes. Customs clearance answering to document requirements from authority. Goods/Service receipt delivery notes verification. Organizes courier deliveries end to end including documentation. Supports purchase requisitions for operations, facilities and Admin. Supports expense reports review Ad-hoc projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA in business, accounting, administration or related field 3-5 years’ experience Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Fluent in English (C1) and German Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and organization skills. Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
