Employee Experience
1. Lead engagement, culture, and communication initiatives.
2. Manage surveys, onboarding, and mentoring programs.
3. Promote recognition, learning, and feedback systems.
4. Align with global Employee Value Proposition initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
HR & Leadership Planning
5. Support HR strategy and operating rhythm.
6. Design agendas and content for leadership meetings.
7. Facilitate workshops and create impactful materials.
Communication
8. Define and optimize communication strategies.
9. Standardize templates and enable HR messaging.
10. Create social media and branding content.
11. Measure effectiveness and ensure engaging, aligned communication.

For This Role, You Will Need:
12. University degree, or equivalent experience
13. Proven experience building relationships and communicating with all audiences
14. Experience leading events and training programs, from development to delivery, in collaboration with key partners
15. Proficiency in English and local language
16. Willingness to travel
