Role 1: Co-Founder & Business Lead (CEO/COO)
The Storytelling Operator
Position Overview
In this role, you are the commercial heartbeat of Brandflix. Success is defined not just by generating revenue, but by creating a narrative pull in the market that competitors cannot ignore. You are responsible for translating our vision into a scalable B2B SaaS machine and will be the engine that transforms Brandflix from an MVP into a market leader by deeply understanding customer pain points and passionately evangelizing our solution.
Responsibilities
* Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Designing and executing an aggressive growth strategy to secure the first 100 B2B customers and establish early market dominance.
* B2B Sales Development: Identifying high-value leads, conducting compelling product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts through to closure.
* Storytelling & Brand Evangelism: Actively representing the company externally (at events, on LinkedIn, in webinars) to position Brandflix as a thought leader in the AI-branding space.
* Investor Relations & Fundraising: Preparing and delivering pitches, as well as cultivating relationships with VCs and Angel Investors to secure future funding rounds.
* Operational Excellence: Establishing lean, efficient processes across Finance, HR, and Legal to structurally support the company's rapid growth.
Qualifications
* B2B SaaS Experience: Proven track record in building or scaling B2B software products (Sales, Marketing, or Growth focus).
* Exceptional Communication Skills: You are a natural storyteller capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for C-Level decision-makers.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Previous experience as a founder or in the early stages of a high-growth startup. You demonstrate resilience, high self-motivation, and a "hands‑on" mentality.
* Network: Existing access to potential B2B clients, marketing decision-makers, or the venture capital ecosystem is a strong plus.
Role 2: Co-Founder & Tech Lead (CTO)
The AI‑Native Architect
Position Overview
As the Tech Lead, you are the technological brain of Brandflix. Success in this position means building an architecture that works today but is ready to handle millions of AI interactions tomorrow. You don't just write code; you orchestrate AI models to create magic. This position is critical to securing our competitive advantage through technological superiority and rapid iteration cycles.
Responsibilities
* Architecture & Development: Designing and implementing a scalable, secure full‑stack architecture (Frontend, Backend, Databases) ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Generative AI Integration: Evaluating and integrating state‑of‑the‑art LLMs and image generation models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Stability AI) and developing proprietary fine‑tuning pipelines or RAG systems.
* Product Roadmap & Prototyping: Rapidly translating customer feedback into functional features and iteratively evolving the MVP into an enterprise‑ready solution.
* Infrastructure & DevOps: Ensuring a highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) while maintaining cost efficiency and data security standards (GDPR compliance).
* Technical Leadership: Building and leading a world‑class engineering team and establishing an engineering culture that fosters innovation and code quality.
Qualifications
* Full‑Stack Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern frameworks and languages (e.g., React/Next.js, Python/Django/FastAPI, Node.js).
* AI/ML Experience: Practical experience working with AI APIs, Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and frameworks like LangChain. You understand the capabilities and limitations of current AI models.
* Scalability Know‑How: Experience building systems that remain performant under load (Caching, Microservices, Load Balancing).
* Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex technical challenges pragmatically (making smart "Build vs. Buy" decisions).
* Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical team members and stakeholders.
