Your responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, including BIMCO agreements Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Maintain clear and accurate records of all contract-related documents and communication Manage contracts for heavy lift and project logistics operations Align contract terms with project goals and timelines in close collaboration with project managers Develop and manage sub-contractor agreements Monitor sub-contractor performance and ensure contract compliance Your profile Degree in Contract Management or Degree in Law (LL.M or LL.B.)
