Location: Berlin (Nollendorfstraße 20) | Language: German & English | Work Mode: Hybrid with days on-site.
We're looking for a communication-driven UI/UX designer who moves comfortably between words, images, gestures, and code — and can shape how our real-time AI agents “speak” across screens, space, and sensory input.
Design Across Realities
Design not just interfaces, but experiences of communication — across 2D UI, spatial layouts, and embodied AI agent interactions.
Execute client- and project-driven experiences that feel, work and look amazing.
Jump from napkin sketch to polished Figma prototype — or build interactive flows right inside Unity or Vue.
Contribute to our internal design language for AI+AR, including layout principles, icon systems, and spatial behavior logic.
Work side‑by‑side with Unity, web and backend developers to translate designs into pixel‑perfect, spatially aware interfaces.
Occasionally hop yourself on the engineering wagon and finish or polish frontend features.
1+ years designing for AI agents: whether voicebots, avatars, or conversational interfaces with visual expression
~3+ years designing SaaS platforms : you can handle dashboards, data viz, user roles, and scalable design systems
~ Deep understanding of communication design principles — from visual hierarchy and information pacing to tone of voice and semiotics
~ Benefits
Work Mode: Hybrid, but heavily in-person for prototyping and testing
