What you´ll do
* Analyze and evaluate existing AI applications in terms of governance, compliance, and ethical aspects
* Develop and implement AI governance policies, processes, and standards
* Advise on regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, General Data Protection Regulation, other regional legislation such as in China)
* Conduct risk analyses and develop measures to mitigate risks in the AI context
* Train and raise awareness among employees regarding the use of AI and its impact
* Support AI-related audits and certification processes
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., legal teams, data protection officers, business units and functions, works council)
* Monitor current trends, legislation, and best practices in AI governance
What makes you a good fit
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Law, or a comparable qualification
* At least 3–5 years of professional experience in governance, compliance, IT consulting, or AI
* Solid knowledge of artificial intelligence, data ethics, and data protection
* Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR)
* Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both in a team and independently
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
