Client Relations & Direction: You act as the creative point of contact for both existing and new clients. You build trust through clear communication, strategic thinking, and visionary leadership. TO SUCCEED YOU NEED You bring more than 5 years of professional experience in creative agencies or similar environments. You have proven leadership experience and the knowledge on how to develop, inspireand manage creative talents, teams and processes. Your strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills enable you to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. You bring a deep understanding of design principles with a focus on copywriting and campaign development. Communicating and presenting in English are second nature to you. You are passionate about gaming, esports and digital entertainment and can connect brands to these audiences authentically. You are a true teamplayer with experience in cross-functional collaboration and in jointly developing lean processes. EVEN BETTER IF You speak German fluently.
