Job Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben
* Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und des Teams bei der Organisation und Durchführung des operativen Tages- und Projektgeschäfts sowie bei konzeptionellen und planerischen Aufgaben
* Vor- und Nachbereitung von Beratungen, Sitzungen und Versammlungen der Geschäftsführung und des Vorstandes inkl. der Anfertigung von Protokollen und der Überwachung zur Umsetzung festgelegter Entscheidungen
* Erstellen von Präsentationen und Sitzungsunterlagen für Geschäftsführung und Vorstand
* Koordination der Termine und Organisation innerbetrieblicher Aufgaben für die Geschäftsführung und das Team
* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Einzelprojekten, die die interne Ablauforganisation optimieren und Übernahme von Sachbearbeitungsaufgaben
* Übernahme Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern und erste Anlaufstelle für die Geschäftsführung
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, möglichst im Bereich Automotive
* Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Teams, PowerPoint & Excel
* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
* Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, hohe Koordinations- und Organisationskompetenz
* Sicheres Auftreten und gute Verhandlungsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
