We have over 80 employees and stand for innovation, customer focus, and quality. As a leading service provider for operations & maintenance of solar parks, we also deliver complete B2B projects for solar panels, BESS, and EMS in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to accelerate our growth and take our commercial organization to the next level.
As Chief Commercial Officer you are ultimately responsible for the commercial strategy, structure, and growth of Solora. You ensure that commercial activities (EPC, O&M, BESS, EMS…) contribute to the group’s growth in a coherent and scalable way. You build a future‑oriented commercial organization and strengthen Solora’s commercial capabilities, creating clear frameworks, processes, and priorities so the team can perform optimally.
You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic approach and work closely with the CEO and management team. In this role you play a key role in the further professionalization and international development of Solora.
* Developing and implementing a clear commercial strategy across all business lines and countries
* Actively contributing to business development by conducting prospecting and identifying opportunities
* Working closely with Business Development Managers to engage with clients and support and close strategic deals and partnerships
* Structuring, leading, and coaching the commercial organization & sales teams (roles, responsibilities, segmentation)
* Embedding a consistent and data‑driven commercial approach (processes, tools, governance)
* Defining and monitoring KPIs and dashboards (pipeline quality, conversion, margins, forecasting)
* Achieving predictable and sustainable revenue growth at group level
* Aligning commercial activities with operations, engineering, and strategic priorities
* Developing pricing strategies, value propositions, and go‑to‑market approaches
* Reporting commercial performance and insights to the CEO
What makes you successful?
* At least 10–15 years of commercial experience, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or a technical B2B environment
* Proven experience in building and structuring commercial organizations
* Experience in a growth or scale‑up environment is a strong asset
* Experience in complex, solution‑based sales environments
* Strong strategic insight combined with organizational and analytical capabilities
* Coaching leadership style with a focus on team development and performance
* Hands‑on mentality with a strong sense of responsibility
* Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
